Im sure this is a matter of "any publicity is good publicity?" I dunno the guy but I read enough to know something...EVERYONE cant be wrong.
Everyone can't be right either... It's all subjective, but all this drama was NEVER really about my cuemaking ability, it was about ME personally and the immature way I attempted to handle my business after marketing the hell out of WheatCues on AZ forum that set the stage for the clowns and haters to play their role in.
Yes I screwed up spending more time trying to counter-attack my opponents and winning the matches on AZ instead of just ignoring them and getting real work done that I fell way behind on orders and that is the unfortunate summarization of the never-ending saga.
Whether you approve or not, whether you like me or not is irrelevant to my plight, I come on here NOT to advertise or market myself, but to simply post pics of my work, to share with others who like to look at custom made cues as well as fellow cuemakers who get different ideas of cue configurations just as I have from many over the years... I love building cues and repairing them as well as extensive restoration work, nothing has changed in that dept. but I am trying to correct my past by changing the present so that I will have less "haters" in the future !
We live and learn from our mistakes.... I am NO exception just as any of you are not above screwing up, I however, obviously make my screw-ups very public so I have alot more static to deal with, which is why I have to be a little more careful from now on with how I conduct myself so that I do not creat un-necessary "static" that enables my opponents to freely insult me !
As I said before, I'm over the pissing contests and fueling the fires, becasue I dedicated my life to this industry and I have to look out for my best interest instead of the immature taking-on-the-world mentality that got me into this very avoidable situation to begin with.
So with all this being said, I will continue to conduct myyself in a more tasteful non-confrontational manner and post pics of my work as the cues get completed for those who are interested to see and of couse those of you who could care less can simply ignore my posts !
Very Sincerely, Eddie Wheat
