I was blown away with this man's work 4 years ago when I first saw it (I believe his wife does the inlay work)
Unique designs and super tight inlay work, I fell in love with the fine silver work.
This is a great piece of curly PH with Manzino inspired silver/Abalone work.
It's his first dive into bumper less cues, his take on a Hoppe style by my request.
I also love the ring work he uses.

This cue needs to be seen in person, no camera can capture the silver or do it justice.

I got to hit balls for about 2 hours and was super impressed with his fit and finish, awesome job with the wrap, it's a real solid cue
Anyone can inlay into ebony, it takes skill to work in lighter woods

Congratulations! I knew who the maker was when I saw the single picture on the Main Forum. I have also been impressed by the work of Azen Chen and his wife. I met them several times at SBE last year. Jive shows most/all of their work in the Gallery on AZ. I voted for one of the Zen cues for Cue of the Year in 2014. If I were a collector, I would have ordered one of their cues already.

The curly PH looks great with those inlay patterns. Jive brags about how well the cues play. You can provide the first eye-witness confirmation.

Once again, congratulations.

Fantastic cue! Congrats! While the silver gets a little lost in some of the pics, I'm sure its stunning in person.

Awesome cue Jim! He is a very impressive cuemaker indeed. Congrats on the addition.

I'm suppose to be building a blank for a collaboration cue with him.

Very nice ! Thefonz owned a Zen cue for a while, ebony with silver and abalone inlays in a flower arrangement. I was hoping to buy it off him and said so, but he sold it back to the Chinese student he had bought it from ... so I forgave him. I really like the style of Zen cues, beautifully understated.
