I've handled several Tads before and always admired them. This is the very first Tad I've ever owned and I jumped on it because of the white phenolic joint, which one does not see very often. After getting it, I immediately commissioned Alton Takata to make an elegant set of joint protectors to compliment the cue. I was so please with how they turned out and I'm including Alton's photo collage he made for the cue and caps.
