You've been building cues long enough to comment on pre-internet days and days of recent. Do you feel that the internet has aided in making cuemakers better or just feel it's been one of the main reasons to have 10x the amount of cuemakers necessary?
As someone else mentioned earlier, "anyone with a lathe is a cuemaker" mentality that has surfaced as of late....

It's like trying to compare Military training from days of old to new, I wouldn't call it better but definitely different. Yes Sir, Anyone can buy a lathe, watch some video's, join AZ and ask all the questions you can think of, Main problem is and it really is a problem, No seasoning, Total lack of trial and error, They all assume that just because someone is replying to their question, They must be right. Can you imagine trying to sell something and when your asked what the results will be, YOU SAY, Well, so and so says it will do this. Now your selling so and so's word for your lack of experience. How much would you trust him. Just so you know, I'm not against new guys, there are a few really doing great things, It's the bullshit artist, that make the new guys look bad.
